Guide

Filling the cells marked with a red star is obligatory. The following personal information will be made public on our website: name, gender, year of birth, country, city, number of completed races in Nagyatád, the best race time achieved in Nagyatád, and the fact if you are preparing for your first Ironman competition ever.
You should write your full name into the “name” cell. Your name will be on your race number throughout the whole competition in 2010 as well, so you have to write the name you want to appear on your race number into the “nickname” cell. Providing your full address is important because the detailed program guide and the free swimming pool entry ticket will be posted to you accordingly in the beginning of August.
Please tick yes at the “First Ironman Race” cell only if you have never completed the classic distance yet. The planned race time needs to be provided, although we won’t make that public. Please provide us with race times which are more or less agree with facts thus we can distribute the race numbers among the competitors accordingly.
The exact date of the pasta party is 12 August 2010 (18:30-21:00). The competitors and one escort by each can enter the pasta party for free. The awarding ceremony (15 August, 10:30) is public as well. Entry tickets can be bought to the pasta party in the competition office on 12 August.
The location of swimming is 40 kms away from Nagyatád. We undertake the transportation of bikes along with the competitors to this location but this case we have to charge 1.000 HUF – or 4 Euro – per person or/and bike.

After uploading your personal data you will be automatically entered into the entry sheet, however, your entry will be active only after you paid the correct entry fee. If the actual entry period is closed down, the passive entries will be automatically deleted.

Entry Fee:

"Early-discount" - till 1st February 2010: 25.000 HUF or 100 Euro
"Normal" - till 1st June 2010: 30.000 HUF or 120 Euro
"Last minute" - till 1st July 2010: 40.000 HUF or 160 Euro

Entry allowances for the members of the „inner circle”:

5 times Finishers 10%,
7 times Finishers 20%
11 times Finishers 30%.

We issue cash invoices against the entry fees we received by post. In case of bank transfers, transfer invoices will be issued. If we get money from a private account, we can issue invoices for enterprises or for associations only if the following text appears in the assignment cell: „paid by company/association XY.”

Those individual competitors who will be successfully entered into the entry list – meaning having submitted their entry -, will be invited to participate in the Duathlon Country Championships in Kaszó for free. The additional requirement for participating in this particular race is filling out its entry sheet as well through this website.

Declaration

1. As a future competitor of the ExtremeMan race I accept and comply to the regulations of the Hungarian Triathlon Union and to the ruling of the organizers.
2. I take full responsibility for my personal belongings and sport equipment. The race organizers take the same responsibility only for the equipments stored in the depo, dressing rooms and in the designated bags.
3. I hereby pronounce that I’m in appropriate shape and well prepared to the race. I participate in the race at my own risk.
4. My name and photo image can be freely used and forwarded to the media in relation to the ExtremeMan competition.
5. I accept that my entry can be cancelled only until 14 July 2010 the latest. In this case handling charge worths 3.000 HUF has to be paid to the Organizing Committe. The entry cannot be transferred to the following year and neither to another individual.
6. I accept that my entry is valid only if I paid the entry fee as well.
